L. A. Creative Arts Day Camp 2012

REGISTRATION FORM

Your children ages 5 to 12 will love this exciting summer camp program. L. A. Creative Arts Day Camp features fun and creative daily lessons in a variety of performance art disciplines, plus arts & crafts, day trips, and more!

	WEEK		DATES
	ONE		July 2 to July 6
	TWO		July 9 to July 13
	THREE		July 16 to July 20
	FOUR		July 23 to July 27
	FIVE		July 30 to August 5
* Indicates a four Day Week

Time:
Drop-off between 8:30 am to 9:00 am
Pick up between 4 pm to 4:30 pm
Extended hours are available at an additional Charge.

Ages:

5 - 12 (performers will be divided into groups by age)

Program:

Dance: including jazz, modern, and creative movement, as well as incorporating staging for musical theatre
Drama: theatre sports and games to develop story ideas
Music: vocal classes to combine with movement
Arts & Crafts: create your own work of art to take home
Day Trips: local park, miniature golf (weather permitting)

Please Remember:

• You will need to bring your own lunch. There will be a place to store lunches and personal items, however a fridge is not available.
• To bring sun screen, hats, and any other items needed for outdoor trips.
• LABEL all your belongings with your first and last names.
